Returning an Item
Here at Thehockeydepot.com we want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not 100% satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return or exchange your NEW and UNUSED item within 30 days of your delivery/purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, store credit, or a new item(s), shipping charges are not refundable. The item(s) must be sent back to Thehockeydepot.com at your expense. You will need to email sales@thehockeydepot.com for a RA# and the address to send the merchandise back to.
• ** We cannot accept returns on the following items: **
• Mouth Guards (Unless Factory Sealed.)
• Jock/Jill Shorts and Pants (Due to health regulations)
• Any customized jersey (Heat Pressed, logo'ed, etc.)
• Worn Skates (ice and inline)
Please indicate the order number if you have it. If you don't know your order number, please include your name and phone number we can reach you at. In the case of exchanges, you must pay $10.00-$15.00 for any reshipment of items. This applies to any order which thehockeydepot.com has fulfilled correctly. If you received an item which you did not order/we shipped incorrectly, please call us. In cases where we made an error, we can send you a prepaid label via e-mail for you to return the product to us. Again, Thehockeydepot will only pick up the shipping if we are incorrect in the items you receive. If the issue with your product is incorrect sizing, but we shipped the correct product you ordered, you must return them at your expense.
All refunds are at the SOLE Discretion of the staff at thehockeydepot.com
