Shipping and Returns

The Hockey Depot wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it unused and in the original packaging within 30 days for replacement or refund, less shipping charges. Custom orders, sticks, and shafts are excluded. Please include a copy of your invoice. You must first email us at sales@thehockeydepot.com and request a Return Authorization Number. No merchandise will be accepted without that number.

The Hockey Depot reserves the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee on any merchandise that

  1. Has damaged/non-salable packaging.
  2. Is returned simply because you changed your mind.

All items will be inspected before any final decisions are made on credits. The returns department retains full discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges, or in-store credits. All special orders are non-refundable. , non returnable, final sale.

All purchases that are returned and qualify for a refund in accordance with these terms will entitle the purchaser to a credit issued to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase.
