Why Sniper Hockey Training?

Our main focus is our off ice training facility and program that can help build the skills and confidence to improve a player’s game and allow
them to have more fun playing. We work on shooting, stick handling, plyometrics, balance and footwork as well as offering weights and
hockey instructional videos. We understand the value of off ice training and receive great satisfaction in working with youth hockey players
to improve their game. We recognize the value of transferring a player's off ice training onto the ice and offer several on ice programs.

Why Skills Training?
A recent USA hockey study showed an average hockey player touched the puck for less than a minute in a game. Hardly enough time to
feel the puck let alone develop their hockey skills. Skills are to be developed in practice and off ice training not by playing in games
