Shipping & Delivery
All orders are normally shipped within 48 hours. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are normally shipped by Tuesday. If there is any delay on your order, we will notify you by e-mail (please be careful to give us the correct e-mail address on the order form). Following is an outline of shipping charges that will be applied to your order. o UPS Ground Shipping (within the Continental US) The standard shipping charges for all orders shipped by UPS Ground within the Continental United States is only $15.00 for orders under $100.00 and $20.00 for orders that total $100.00 or more. For items that are unusual in size and/or shape, (such as goalie leg pads, sticks and shafts) additional charges of 7.50 will be added. Please see specific product pages on these items for more info. No other handling charges or fees of any kind will be charged. o UPS 2nd Day Air (within the Continental US) Orders shipped by UPS 2nd day air (within the Continental United States) will be charged an additional $35.00 on top of the UPS Ground Charges. o UPS Next Day Air Saver (within the Continental US) Orders shipped by UPS Next Day Air Saver will be charged an additional 75.00 on top of the UPS Ground charges and if more than one pair of skates, sticks, shafts, goal pads, large equipment bags will have additional handling fee. o International Shipping Orders shipped outside of the Continental United States will be mailed and all postal charges will be added to your invoice. Please be advised that for any order shipped outside on the United States, the shipping charges may differ from those that appear on your shopping cart summary. Please be sure to include your e-mail address on the order form and you will be advised regarding the status of any extra charges. International orders do not include any duties, VAT Import or export tax charges. Those are the responsibility of the purchaser. Paskoff & Associates, Inc and/or all affiliate companies are not held liable for any of these duties and taxes for foreign orders. We cannot Ship the following vendors out of the Continental United Sates: Nike/Bauer, RBK/CCM, Mission/Itech. If you are unsure please email us with details and we will clarify.

At TheHockeyDepot.com, we strive to protect your privacy. We use the information that is sent to us to process orders and to track certain geographical areas of the world that order hockey equipment and accessories.

When you place an order we need the following information:

With the potential fraud that can be done over the Internet with respect to credit cards, all of the major credit card issuers (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover) need us to obtain certain crucial information for verification purposes to protect you the cardholder for potential fraud. We will on occasion call you directly to verify an order, or to call you to tell you the credit card was declined or the number provided by you is invalid. We may also in some cases call you if we do suspect a fraudulent order is being placed with us and using your credit card number and information.

We do not nor will we ever sell any of the information that is collected by TheHockeyDepot.com or any of our affiliate companies to any 3rd party marketing firm or any other firm that is willing to purchase email addresses, names, addresses and telephone numbers. That is our promise to you as our customer. Our website is protected using a SSL Certificate issued by GODADDY.COM you can see this certificate at the bottom right corner of the screen. .

Returns & Replacements
The Hockey Depot wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it unused and in the original packaging within 30 days for replacement or refund, less shipping charges. Custom orders, sticks, and shafts are excluded. Please include a copy of your invoice. You must first email us at sales@thehockeydepot.com and request a Return Authorization Number. No merchandise will be accepted without that number.

The Hockey Depot reserves the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee on any merchandise that has damaged/non-salable packaging. Is returned simply because you changed your mind.

If you item is shipped incorrectly by our warehouse you MUST notifiy us upon receipt of the merchandise. We will gladly reship at our cost as well as the cost to pick up the original package assuming that when the original package comes back to us for inspection it is in full re-salable order.

All items will be inspected before any final decisions are made on credits. The returns department retains full discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges, or in-store credits. All Special Orders are Non-Refundable , Non-Returnable and Final Sale.

All purchases that are returned and qualify for a refund in accordance with these terms will entitle the purchaser to a credit issued to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Ordering
You will need to create an account in order to purchase. You will also need a valid US Issued credit card/debit card. We also accept US Postal Money Orders and once the Money Order arrives we will then ship out the merchandise.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Thehockeydepot.com accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover for all payments. You will have to provide us with all the necessary information required. We will not ship to a different address where the billing and ship to are different unless we receive a fax authorization to 212-563-6662 with the order number, the items ordered, the name and full address of the billing party, a copy front and back of the credit card and a signature authorizing us to ship to the location specified on the fax. This is to ensure the safety and security of our customers and the credit card holders.

Our website pricing is consistant with store pricing and we strive to offer you the best merchandise at the best possible price. There will be times that we might be higher in price. Thehockeydepot.com does not purchase 2nd Hand Merchande. close-outs, cosmetic blemishes. If we have a close-out it was from our stock and not the manufacturers stock.
